By far the most anticipated episode of Season 9 has arrived, and it is time to open the lament configuration as Seeking Human Victims puts Hellraiser (1987) on the slab. Like most shows when we cover the landmark and iconic horror films, this is a giant-sized episode clocking in at around an a hour and 40 minutes. We look at the origins of the film in one of Clive Barker's novellas to the reason he stepped in to the directors chair himself. We'll talk the origin of the cenobites, how Pinhead became the face of the story even though that wasn't the original plan, changes that were made from the source material, how Barker's unique vision was brought to life and so much more. Don't miss this episode! Wherever you find podcasts.
