SHV - S15E01 - Two Thousand Maniacs (1964)

We're back for a brand new season and this time we're looking at a sub-genre of horror that is near and dear to us, as it's mostly poking fun at people from the south and well, that's us. It's been called hicksploitation, southern gore, and more but for our purpose we're calling it Killbilly Cinema!

Episode 1 starts at pretty much square one, with one of the most primative examples. We'll talk about the career of "The Godfather Of Gore" himself Herschel Gordon Lewis as we explore 1964's Two Thousand Maniacs.

Plus musical guest Mass Extinction, courtesy Horror Pain Gore Death Productions.
